Role Purpose To engage prospects and customers through digital channels, understand their learning and development needs, and connect them with the right upskilling programs. This role strengthens customer relationships, expands our training business, and supports our mission of building industry-ready engineers and a stronger engineering workforce.Key Responsibilities Engage prospects and learners through digital channels to understand their growth needs.Promote suitable upskilling pathways, certifications, and learning programs with clear value communication.Support customers through their learning journey — from interest, to selection, to enrollment.Contribute to digital campaigns, webinars, and outreach activities to grow training adoption.Build and maintain positive customer relationships for long-term engagement.Maintain accurate customer activity records to support team planning and reporting.QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged).Strong communication, positive attitude, and customer-friendly personality.Comfortable with digital communication (calls, WhatsApp, email, online meetings).Curious about engineering, technology, and talent development.Organized, proactive, and willing to learn continuously.Proactive approach to problem-solving and goal-oriented
