Phillip Jeffries is expanding our International Sales team, and we’re hiring a Customer Experience (CX) Agent based in London. Our products can be found in some of the most beautiful spaces, and behind every order is a dedicated team that makes it all happen.What You’ll DoAs a CX Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting our international customers and internal teams through every stage of the order process.Accurately enter purchase and sales ordersPrepare shipping documents including customs forms and packing slipsTrack shipments and provide timely updates to clientsCommunicate with French-speaking customers by phone and emailFollow up on memos, reserves, and customer inquiriesProvide thoughtful and efficient solutions to any claims or concernsCollaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfactionMust HaveLocated in London or Greater LondonAt least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or data entryFluency in an additional European language is a plusAn interest in luxury interiors and high-end designExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong Excel and data management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with care and precisionA collaborative, can-do attitude with strong follow-up habitsExperience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentComfortable with a hybrid work schedule combining office and remote daysWhy Phillip Jeffries?As a purpose-driven organization, we truly believe that where you work matters.
