Customer Experience Manager – Priority Banking Segment

To comply with country regulations, we are looking for UAE talent to fill this role.Job Responsibility: Overall responsibility of complaint management includes:Lead and manage the Customer Experience initiatives across various channels.Design, plan, and execute client engagement events and customer appreciation programs.Analyze Voice of Customer data and feedback to identify key insights and improvement areas.Collaborate with various stakeholders such as product, marketing, and operations teams to enhance customer journeys and service delivery.Monitor and report customer satisfaction (CSAT), NPS, and complaint trends.Develop and implement CX improvement plans and service quality standards.Prepare regular CX performance reports and presentations for management.Support training and awareness programs to cover and enhance a customer first culture across teams.Identify opportunities for innovation and digital enhancements that improve customer experience.Job Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector within Customer Experience or Service Quality functions.Proven experience in event management and customer engagement programs.Strong analysis skills and experience with Voice of Clients analysis, customer surveys, and reporting tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Creative, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.What we offer you:Competitive salary package Strong emphasis on work-life balance and wellbeing across the bank World-class Learning & Development platform and career development Generous annual leave entitlement and Private Healthcare
