Position Title: R&D Product Manager - AutomotiveEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Sharjah, UAEAbout the Client: A UAE-based company and one of the largest paint manufacturers in the Middle East, offering a wide range of decorative, industrial, marine, powder, and eco-friendly coatings.Job Description: Oversee product development, improvement, technology transfer, and budget management aligned with OEM requirements.Develop high-performance, eco-efficient coatings using customer insights, industry trends, and cross-functional collaboration.Resolve product issues, maintain OEM specifications, and manage certifications and regulatory compliance.Mentor R&D staff, engage with suppliers and clients, conduct benchmarking, and support commercial initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Paint Technology, or Chemical Engineering; with preferred training in ISO, DOE, GLP, or GMP.Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive coatings R&D, including OEM client engagement, plant trials, and product approvals.Strong expertise in water- and solvent-based coatings, with proven ability in team mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and client communication.How to Apply: Send your CV in word format to: CHEMJOBS2020 AT GMAIL DOT COM and use “R&D Product Manager - Automotive” as email subject
