Job Description

Responsibilities:1. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers to PVSTAR.2. Conduct approval checks on new leads before they make down payment3. Ensure customers understand their contractual obligations and payment terms during onboarding.4. Educate customers on how PVSTAR systems work, including payment methods and maintaining their accounts in good standing.5. Educate customers about warranty policies and proper product usage.6. Assist customers with inquiries about PVSTAR products, services, and payment plans.7. Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues related to PVSTAR product functionality in a timely manner.8. Escalate complex technical problems with IT and technical department and share solutions with PVSTAR esteemed customers.9. Assist customers with payment processing and token generation.10. Follow up on overdue payments via calls and provide guidance on PVSTAR repayment policies.11. Identify customers at risk of default and escalate as needed.12. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions on PVSTAR paygops.13. Create Sales agents and distributor accounts.14. Conduct identity checks on new sales agents and distributors.15. Generate reports on customer feedback, payment trends, and issues recorded.
