We're looking for highly motivated individuals to support exciting user-testing initiatives for next-generation consumer AI devices. As a Customer Service – A.I. Research Moderator, you'll play a critical role in shaping how people interact with tomorrow’s tech.What You’ll Do:Assist with the execution of user-testing studies, including setup, breakdown, and data collection.Guide participants through study protocols and ensure a smooth and professional experience.Maintain lab cleanliness and care for testing equipment.Recruit and intake participants based on specific study demographics.Record and report participant experiences accurately and consistently.Provide daily support to User Research staff and project managers.Ensure on-time attendance and meet daily participant goals.Uphold project and client confidentiality at all times.What We’re Looking For:Required Skills & Qualities:Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.Friendly and professional demeanor – able to make participants feel at ease.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.Comfortable handling both administrative and people-facing tasks.Physically fit – able to assist participants throughout the day.Technical Requirements:Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry, tracking systems).Comfortable with tech devices and prototype testing.Ability to interpret and work with research data.Experience:Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)Market Research: 2 years (Preferred)Participant based research studies: 2 years (Required)Qualifications:High School Diploma required; college-level coursework or degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, Communications, Market Research, or related field is preferred.Bi-lingual preferred but not essential, English and Spanish.Locations:Relocation is not offeredMust be able to commute to office dailyPreferred:Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
