Job Description

(12-months contract)Marketing campaign & events coordinationCollaborate with external agencies on the design of marketing collaterals and manage change requestsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and implement event-related updatesDevelop compelling content plan and create communication content to customersReview and edit copywriting materials, ensuring accuracy and relevanceResponsible for public website (PWS) content update, planning and managementSupport the planning, briefing, and coordination of events as assignedPrepare and organize event materialsPromotions, discount and offers managementPrepare terms and conditions and communication materials for promotional offersChampion the sourcing and production of company premium and customer giftingCompile and maintain accurate record of the gift handlingProvide administrative support for form submissions and approval workflowsManage offer fulfillment processes and perform data accuracy checksHandle the printing of letters as neededAdmin and miscOversee gift stock inventory and reportingConsolidate quotations and update expense recordsCoordinate business result tracking, including Excel data input and inventory monitoringOrganize delivery and logistics for gift itemsVendor onboarding and renewal process managementInternal comms preparationExperience, Skills And QualificationDegree level of qualification in Business Studies, Marketing or a related disciplineMinimum of 5 years’ experience in managing and driving integrated marketing and communication campaigns in insurance companies or other relative industriesDemonstrated success creating customer-centric campaigns that speak to specific target customersExperience in insurance or finance industry is a benefitStrong project management skill with self-initiation and drive to achieve excellenceYou’ll achieve more at HSBC.HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
