At MFA, team members are empowered to be strong customer partners and forward-thinking stewards of the land.Responsibilities: This person will maintain and monitor the Safety, Environmental and Regulatory (SER) Program for a group of MFA facilities across Northeast Missouri (Macon/Kirksville/Hannibal, MO area). The employee will also be expected to assist SER Field Specialists and the Safety Coordinator with the implementation, monitoring, and record-keeping of the MFA Anhydrous Ammonia Preventative Maintenance Tracking System. The SER Technician will also train and maintain documentation of training for the personnel within a group of MFA facilities and field staff. All duties must be completed in accordance with company policy.What You’ll DoProvide New Hire safety trainingProvide on-going safety training for all existing employeesRecord all training documentation and training log information in the Dekra on-line systemEnsure that all employees within their area receive the required training in a timely mannerAssist SER Field Staff in pre-inspections of all Anhydrous Ammonia Equipment. Assist DOT Inspectors with VPT documentation when testing is completed. Complete annual final inspection of all Anhydrous Ammonia Equipment within a group of MFA facilities. Conduct facility walk-through housekeeping inspections.
