GrowthAssistant is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to help clients get set up and succeed from day one. You’ll configure hotel accounts during onboarding, schedule and manage touchpoints, respond to client inquiries, escalate issues, and support process documentation and special projects.This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in client-facing communication across multiple channels.Compensation & PerksSalary Range: Up to ₱50,000/month / $5/hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-homeBonuses:$25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonusAnniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)$300 referral bonus per successful hirePaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off:7 holiday PTO days/year6 regular PTO days/yearHealth Coverage: Comprehensive HMO planWhat You’ll DoSetup and configure hotels during onboarding and registrationSchedule or reschedule CSM touchpoints: training, business reviews, health checks, QBRsRespond promptly to client questions via phone, email, and chatEscalate client issues as neededCreate and maintain SOPs / process documentationManage outbound communications: scheduling, follow-ups, and touchpoints via phone/emailPerform ad hoc administrative tasks, business operations support, and special projectsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years experience as a T2 Technical Customer Success Manager or Specialist1+ year experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (or similar CX tool)Strong English verbal and written communication; confident with outbound callsPassion for client interaction and problem-solving over the phoneBasic to intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills for reportingProven ability to follow process documentation accuratelyAbility to work in any US time zoneNice-to-HaveBackground in sales training for CX/CS associatesExperience with Linear, Notion, or similar tools for ticket management/project tasksFamiliarity with Salesloft, Zoom, or similar tools for call tracking/outreachBasic to intermediate HTML skillsComfortable with Slack and Gmail for internal communicationWhy You’ll Love Working HereAt GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
