Role Description We are seeking a Customer Service Associate for a part-time, on-site position at our Oakville, ON location. The role involves daily tasks such as assisting customers with their inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities also include answering phone calls professionally, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction standards, and supporting the overall operations of the store as needed. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer SatisfactionProficiency in Phone Etiquette and providing a positive Customer ExperienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work effectively in a retail and healthcare environmentPrevious customer service experience in pharmacy, retail, or health-related settings is a plus
