You’ll ensure a smooth onboarding experience, assist with basic technical queries, and support day-to-day client operations especially managing inbound queries and performance metrics.This is an immediate requirement contract role for 3 month may be extend looking as performance ideal for someone with strong communication skills, an interest in ad-tech or mobile apps, and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced team.What You’ll Do – Day To DayManage daily inbound customer tickets via email and chat, resolving queries related to integration and ad setup (approximately 50–100 interactions/month). Assist in onboarding new clients, guiding them through setup and ensuring a seamless experience. Monitor and track client KPIs, proactively identifying areas for improvement and adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Sales) to escalate and resolve complex client issues via Zoho CRM. Maintain and update internal knowledge bases, FAQs, and customer education content. Conduct post-integration follow-ups to drive product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction.. What We’re Looking For2-5 years of experience in client support, onboarding, or customer success (internships count!). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
