As we continue to grow, our team keeps expanding across the UAE, Egypt and Greece, and we’re always on the lookout for new talents to join us on our success journey. 🌟About the roleBy providing excellent customer service and resolving issues with utmost professionalism, the Customer Service Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately contributing to the success of our business and to the overall instashop customer experience.Primary responsibilitiesTo ensure the delivery process completion within the promised time to our customers, through an extensive coordination with our partnersHandle inbound and outbound calls with our customers to insure the highest quality assurance standards of our service are being metTo support our partners technically when required ensuring that all our technical solution in the shops work properly (tablets, speakers)To provide the operations and business development teams with concise reports with regards to quality of orders highlighting areas of improvementTo convey InstaShop processes with the partnered shops and ensure they are always updated and implementing those processesTo keep the shops employee’s schedules updated & manage InstaShop’s delivery fleetTo provide support for the team on daily subtasks & projects as to identify your next area of growth.Requirements1-2 years relevant Customer Service experience, call center experience a plusStructured thinking & organizational skillsBe responsible & efficientSelf-motivated with demonstrated flexibility & adaptability in intense situationsStrong oral, written & verbal communication skills in EnglishCommercial awarenessEarly graduate with a Business backgroundBasic knowledge of relevant IT systems
