Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent from all majors (Make sure already graduated and have Temporary Graduation Sertificate)Fresh graduates are welcomeExperienced in Customer Service is preferredExcellent english communication skills with minimum score C1 (Will be tested during the recruitment process)Willing work in shifting scheduleWilling to Placed in JakartaResponsibilities:Review the customer complaint and understand where the issue lies using our internal tools as well as external resources.Providing the customers with a final response in a timely manner.Write final responses to complaintsUnderstands procedures and policies and stays updated on changes to ensure accuracy and complianceEffectively manages and prioritizes workload autonomously, with a strong capability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining focus, quality, and meeting deadlines
