Sasto Tickets is seeking a Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional support experiences, assist travelers with bookings and ensure smooth and satisfying journeys for every customer. Job Summary: The Customer Service Executive will ensure high-quality service delivery by handling customer queries, managing bookings, and resolving issues efficiently.  Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. Assist in all Sasto Tickets verticals such as booking flights, hotels and packages using company systems. Manage changes, cancellations, and refunds per company policy. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through timely support. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Hospitality, or related field). Experience: 1+ years in customer service, preferably in travel, airlines or hospitality. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication. Problem-solving and empathy-driven approach. Ability to work in shifts and under pressure. Application Procedure:Interested candidates shall send their CV to career@sastotickets.com
