Role of a Customer service manager (UAE TalentPool)Location : Dubai-UAESalary AED 30,000all inclusiveIndustry: (Real Estate / Property Sector, HNW Focus)A Customer service Manager with min 5-8 years of experiences in managing relationships with key stakeholders such as high-net-worth clients, investors, property owners, government authorities, consultants, and internal teams. The role ensures that premium clients receive exceptional service, and that all stakeholders remain informed, engaged, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and project deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-Net-Worth (HNW) Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for HNW clients, providing personalized, high-quality service.Understand client investment goals, preferences, and expectations to ensure tailored property solutions.Manage VIP client interactions, property viewings, negotiations, etc.Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationIdentify all stakeholders involved in the development, sale, or management of properties.Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to keep all parties informed of project milestones.Project & Development CoordinationCoordinate with project managers, engineers, sales teams, and legal departments to ensure stakeholder requirements are met.Provide updates to clients and investors regarding construction timelines, handover schedules, and compliance matters.Assist HNW clients with customizations, approvals, and high-value property requests.Analyze feedback from HNW clients and stakeholders to improve service offerings and client experience.Required Skills & CompetenciesExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong understanding of real estate development, sales processes, and investment dynamics.Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and handling confidential matters.
