We don't have "managers” we have "LEADs".WE ARE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR a REDtabulous Creative aka General Technician to join our incREDible Engineering team here @Radisson REDWhat we expect from you:MAIN DUTIES:Attends to all repair and maintenance of various electrical systems. Responsible for servicing and attending to repairs on various types of electrical equipment such as laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, including motors, pumps, fans, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plant and electricity generators. Attends to repairs and maintenance of electrical circuits in all areas. Attends to Preventive Maintenance on electrical panels/ equipment. Operates Audio, Video and TV equipment as requested. Advises on improvements to present electrical systems. Carries out weekly fire alarm test. Carries out monthly fire extinguisher check. Participates in Energy Conservation Programme. Ensures that the Plant Room, workshop and related areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition. Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work including any new additional/ extensionsOCCASIONAL DUTIES:Performs related duties and special projects as assigned. Interacts - Cooperates with others in the Engineering Department. Interacts with other departments when necessary to provide additional or specialized services for functions, promotions and festivities. GENERAL DUTIES:Attends meeting or training sessions as required by management. Qualifications: Strong HVAC Background We don’t need experience but we do need personality. You should be innovative, creative, demonstrate a positive mindset and love a challenge.
