Guest Service Executive (Front Office)The Creekside Hotel, DubaiLocation: Dubai, UAEDepartment: Front Office / Rooms DivisionEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleThe Creekside Hotel is seeking a warm, energetic, and guest-oriented Guest Service Executive to join our Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a seamless check-in/check-out experience while ensuring their stay is comfortable, personalized, and memorable.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Services & Front Desk OperationsWelcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.Handle check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and registration procedures efficiently.Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.Manage telephone calls, messages, and guest communications with accuracy and courtesy.Promote hotel facilities, services, and upsell room categories whenever appropriate.Guest Experience & Problem ResolutionAnticipate guest needs and take proactive steps to enhance their stay.Resolve guest issues or complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in PMS to support personalized service.Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth guest flow.Operational ExcellenceEnsure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and SOPs.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.Process payments, deposits, and billing accurately; handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.Assist with daily reports, logs, and shift handovers as required.Teamwork & CommunicationSupport colleagues during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.Actively participate in daily briefings and training sessions.Communicate effectively with all internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.Qualifications & SkillsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front office or guest services within a hotel environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of PMS systems (preferably Opera).Customer-focused, positive, and well-groomed with a professional attitude.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
