Job Description

This role is a CS Everywhere - Work from Home setup with unlimited access to Cloudstaff Offices when you need it. CS Everywhere includes Fiber Internet, Backup Internet, UPS, PC/Laptop. Ability to use the office when there are Internet or power issues. Pop in and have a coffee with teammates.Responsibilities:Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all timesResponding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.Processing requests, forms, and applications. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Qualification And Requirements:Open to weekend coverageOpen to work different shifts ( Morning, Mid, Nightshift) Great spoken and written EnglishHistory of working with US & AU clients preferredKnowledge of Zendesk or other CRM/ticket management tools is an advantageNon-negotiable Skills & Requirements:Open to weekend coverageGreat spoken and written EnglishHistory of working with US & AU clients preferredKnowledge of Zendesk or other CRM/ticket management tools is an advantageMinimum 2 years experience in an administrative or executive support role Demonstrated experience supporting finance functions (Xero preferred) High computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel intermediate to advanced) Excellent written and verbal English communication Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
