Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED; one year of customer service experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Familiarity with utility billing payments preferred. Pre-employmentdrug testing, FBI criminal background check and education/degree verification required.DutiesAssist the public with requests for information or services; prepare and process billingpayments; assist customers for service and charge for service; accept water and wastewaterconnection fees and process. Update computer record information used in preparing water andsewer connections; verify, record and enter data into mainframe system; effectivelycommunicate field data orally to co-workers, property owners and the general public. Performother work as required. This position is part of an approved Career Development Plan (CDP) and offers career progression opportunities and salary incentives, as funding permits, based on performance, qualifications, and experience.ShiftMonday - Friday; 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Work LocationUtilities
