We strive to create a sustainable market that benefits both farmers and consumers. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Kathmandu. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, managing customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The role will involve handling customer interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Qualifications Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skillsAbility to provide a positive Customer ExperienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrior experience in customer service is a plusProficiency in using customer service software and tools is beneficial
