We are now seeking talented professionals to join us on this exciting journey.Be part of our new beginning and grow together with Nexen Tire.Visit our website: https://www.nexentire.com/international📌Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis; early applications are encouraged.To apply for this opportunity, please submit your Resume and CV in English.[Position Summary]The Customer Service Specialist will oversee and develop the full customer service function for our newly established Romania branch.This role will design and implement service workflows and standards from the ground up, ensuring a seamless customer journey across order processing, delivery, and issue resolution.[Responsibilities]Customer Service OperationsManage the customer service process, including workflows, policies, and service standards.Oversee order processing, delivery scheduling, returns, and warranty claim handling.Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiriesCustomer Experience EnhancementDevelop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer journey.Collect customer feedback and analyze results to identify service improvement opportunities.Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Issue Resolution & EscalationsIdentify common service issues and escalate when needed.Implement root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementMonitor industry best practices and introduce innovative service solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies, GDPR, and Romanian consumer protection laws.[Qualifications]Minimum 5–7 years of customer service experienceExperience in automotive, tire, or industrial products sector preferred.Strong ownership in independently handling customer operations[Skills & Competencies]Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to resolve complex customer issues.Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and customer analytics tools.Strong organizational and time management abilities.[Languages]Fluent in Romanian and English (written & spoken).Additional European languages are an advantage.
