Job Description

Responsibilities:1. Assist senior service managers in supporting distributors, service partners, and key customers;协助资深服务经理,为经销商、服务商和重点客户提供支持;2. Support technical training and help prepare service documentation and materials;支持技术培训,协助准备服务文档与资料;3. Coordinate with service partners on daily issues and track service performance;协助与服务商沟通日常问题,跟踪服务表现;4. Collect field feedback and assist in service improvement projects;收集一线反馈,参与服务改进工作;5. Work cross-functionally with HQ teams (product, logistics, spare parts).与总部产品、物流、备件等团队跨部门协作。Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related). Internship experience is a plus;工科相关专业本科及以上学历(机械、电气、自动化等)。 有实习经历者优先;2. Good communication skills, strong willingness to learn and solve problems;具备良好沟通能力,愿意学习并解决问题;3. Fluency in English and German with cross-cultural adaptability;英语、德语流利,具备跨文化适应能力;4. Willingness to accept travel across European countries and China.能接受欧洲区域内、中国的出差。
