Collaborate with management to align training strategies with company goals and client expectations. Assess training effectiveness and continuously enhance program content and methods.Qualifications**Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service training, coaching, or team leadership. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire others to deliver outstanding results. Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and implement effective training strategies.
