Customer Solutions Architect

Job Title: Solutions Architect – CRM (Manufacturing Industry)Location MalaysiaAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect – CRM with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) or equivalent CRM platforms, tailored to the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will lead CRM solution design, integration, and deployment to enhance customer experience, streamline sales and service operations, and enable data-driven decision-making across manufacturing value chains.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end CRM solutions aligned with manufacturing business processes — including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Field Operations.Work closely with stakeholders to define solution architecture, technical design, and integration strategies with ERP, PLM, and supply chain systems.Lead requirement analysis, gap assessment, and process mapping for global CRM deployments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, security, and compliance within enterprise CRM environments.Oversee data migration, system integrations, and customizations using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for CRM implementations.Support pre-sales, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives by providing CRM architecture insights.Enable user adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives.Required Skills & Experience:8–12 years of total experience in manufacturing industry with minimum 5 years in CRM solution architecture and design.Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure integrations.Proven expertise in Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.Good understanding of manufacturing workflows such as Order-to-Cash, After-Sales Support, and Dealer/Distributor Management.Experience integrating CRM with ERP (e.g., SAP, Dynamics 365 F&O) and supply chain systems.Proficiency in solution architecture documentation (HLD/LLD) and data modeling.Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical discussions.Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect (Preferred).
