该职位来源于猎聘 Tasks: Collaborate with Product, Dev, Ops, and Data team to initiate new customer study topics. Establish study methodology and questionnaire based on feature enhancement hypothesis. Implementation of On-line and telephony survey Using psychological model to design customer study, and to use data mode for qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Design and Host for customer interview and FGD. Consolidate customer study report/presentations based on survey result. Requirement Qualification: 8+ Experience in consulting, market research, & product insight fields. Deep understanding of automotive industry and benchmark. Daily driver - Driving experience is a must, also familiar with benchmark and competitors’ products. B1 license is preferred. Master customer research methodologies, able to use different modeling tools to conduct qualitative data analysis. Able to finish study topic independently and deliver reports. Education: Master degree and above, PhD is a plus. major in phycology, market research. Fluent in English. Over-sea study background is preferred. High level skill in customer studies, market research and customer behaviour analysis.
