该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述： 1、负责微博移动客户端UI界面设计，为公司产品与功能提供创意及设计方案； 2、独立完成UI相关制作，能根据产品的设计思路设计相应配套的UI； 3、参与设计讨论，和开发团队共同创建用户界面，跟踪设计效果，提出设计优化方案。 4、参与移动产品设计体验、流程的制定和规范； 职位要求： 1、3-5年以上用户体验设计相关工作经验，工业设计、视觉传达、数字媒体设计等相关专业背景，能够带领、组织设计师进行设计工作； 2、具有深厚的设计理论与熟练的设计技巧，对业界和行业有深入的了解，善于捕捉流行趋势，并善于分析和总结，有提炼设计元素整合设计规范的能力； 3、热爱设计，富有激情，拥有宽广的行业视野和时尚审美标准； 4、独立的多项目多任务管理能力以及与跨部门沟通协作能力；
