Customer Success Manager (Germany) — Construction Tech / SaaS / Climate ImpactThe construction industry is responsible for significant global emissions, material waste, and costly delivery inefficiencies. As sustainability targets tighten, the sector is finally embracing digital transformation and you can be part of the shift.We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to support the rollout of an AI-powered construction SaaS platform designed to radically improve project efficiency, reduce rework, and cut delays. By embedding digital insights into complex builds, this technology helps reduce carbon impact, improve resource use, and deliver projects more responsibly.This platform is already deployed across major infrastructure and commercial projects throughout Europe, North America, and the Middle East and is expanding rapidly across Germany.What you’ll be doingIn this role, you will:✅ Lead onboarding across multiple large construction projects ✅ Train site-based teams on how to use real-time data for smarter delivery ✅ Drive day-to-day adoption of digital workflows and insights ✅ Build relationships with champions at all levels (junior to senior) ✅ Capture feedback and user stories that influence product roadmap decisions ✅ Work closely with technical and engineering teams to ensure evolving project data is accurate ✅ Help shape delivery playbooks and internal best practice as the function scalesWhat we’re looking forYou’ll thrive if you bring:🔹 2–3 years’ experience in construction delivery (Project Manager, Site Manager, Project Engineer, Project Controller, etc.) 🔹 At least 2 years in a customer-facing, B2B environment (Customer Success, BD, Sales, Enablement) — ideally with software exposure 🔹 Strong stakeholder management skills across different levels of seniority 🔹 Experience supporting change management and process adoption on-site 🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication, often in group training settings 🔹 High attention to detail, strong prioritisation, and ownership mindset 🔹 Willingness to travel up to ~40%Why this mattersConstruction is the world’s largest industry and one of the most carbon-intensive.Digital tools that:reduce delays,prevent material waste,improve resource allocation,and support better decision making……create an immediate positive impact on the climate.You won’t just improve project delivery.You’ll help shape a greener built environment for future generations.Who this role suitsYou’ll enjoy this if you are:✔ Passionate about climate-positive innovation ✔ Curious about AI, computer vision, and digital twins ✔ Excited by complex customer environments ✔ Motivated by autonomy and impact ✔ Energised by fast-growing scale-ups
