From bulk voucher creation and real-time tracking, to recipient notifications and multi-courier management, every order becomes a measurable driver of customer satisfaction and business expansion.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Glyfada for a Sales & Operations Generalist, responsible for supporting daily phone, sales, back-office, and administrative activities. The role includes handling customer communication, managing back-office operations, coordinating operational processes, assisting with sales-related tasks, and providing excellent customer service. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and communicative individual who is comfortable working across multiple tasks and departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound phone calls from customers, partners, and potential leads; provide first-level information and route calls when needed.Call warm leads who have already shown interest in order to schedule introductory or sales calls with the appropriate team member.Document customer interactions and update CRM/ERP records with accurate notes and statuses.Create and manage sales documents within the ERP, including offers, orders, invoices, and any required supporting documentation.Insert and reconcile bank statements or payments into the ERP to support the finance process.Coordinate with the Sales & Operations teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely follow-ups.Assist in general administrative duties to support daily operations.Support in company events and webinars (logistics, coordination, communication).RequirementsStrong communication skills (phone, email).Previous experience in customer support, administrative roles, or inside sales is a plus.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Basic computer/ERP skills (training provided).Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.Team-player with a positive, can-do attitude.Willingness to learn and grow within the company.Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plusFluency in Greek and EnglishResidence in Northern Attica (Glyfada and surrounding areas preferred).What We OfferFull training on our tools, products, and internal workflows.A supportive environment with clear opportunities for advancement into Sales, Operations, or Account Management roles as the company grows.A dynamic workplace with a team that’s always pushing forward.A great environment where everyone helps each other succeed.Basic Salary with Benefits
