Today, Tsantilis operates in both retail and wholesale, with an established domestic footprint and an ambitious strategy to expand our wholesale presence abroad.⸻Role Description – Personal Assistant (Fashion Industry)We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and fashion-savvy Personal Assistant to join our team in Athens on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is essential in supporting daily business operations, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and assisting with both administrative and creative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fluent in English, and passionate about the fashion industry. Additional languages are considered a strong plus.This position involves frequent interaction with clients, managing schedules, handling communication channels, and contributing to the development of digital and physical marketing materials. A strong commitment to professionalism, discretion, and customer service is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily communication by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting clients with inquiries or concerns.Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and internal activities.Create, update, and maintain product catalogues and other promotional materials.Assist with content and product uploads on the company’s e-shop.Process and arrange orders for both B2C and B2B clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Maintain organized records, files, and documentation related to ongoing tasks and client requests.Support various administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and consistent brand presentation.Stay informed about fashion trends to better support brand communication and client interactions.⸻
