Is responsible for creating, managing and updating timelines of new Co-packing projects and Reworks required. The individual collaborates and Co-Lead with Co-Packers Planning team, Procurement, and External manufacturing Managers as well as influence the selection of the best source location for the category to achieve the best cost, quality and service. Responsibilities:Schedule and Lead Weekly Cross functional meetings with Marketing, Packaging Engineering, Supply Chain, 3rd Party Providers, to update timelines for new product launches and reworks. Verify, approve, control and monitor in the system the process routes related to components of the SKUs produced at Copackers, as well as follow up until the implementation of the new project or rework. (Apollo, Beat, Popbox). Follow up on the P# costing in AODocs, and approvals for Update the Commercial grid for Co Packing SKUsProvide Financial KPIs for co-packed SKUs twice a yearUpdating and creating SOPs (Standard Operational Procedures) for CoPackers processesImplement continuous improvement projects at Copackers to monitor and improve operational performance and flexibility KPIsTravel up to 10% of time to strengthen communication and collaboration with the Co-Packers Management teams, as well as material suppliers teams. Required Qualifications (3-5 bullet points):Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in Planning, Procurement or Project Management. Must be proficient in computer programs, including SAP and Google tools. Advanced English Level.
