With a focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions across various industries, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment and are proud to be recognized for our commitment to excellence and innovation.Position: Cybersecurity Project ManagerLocation: Hybrid | Namur, BelgiumIn this role, you will serve as the operational counterpart to the Cybersecurity Programme Manager, ensuring that the cybersecurity roadmap is translated into concrete, actionable plans executed by the operational teams.You will coordinate, plan, and prioritize cybersecurity initiatives in close collaboration with technical teams, contributing to NIS2 compliance and the overall reinforcement of OTW’s security posture.Your ResponsibilitiesTranslate the cybersecurity roadmap (defined by the Cybersecurity Programme Manager) into operational action plans for CDS and Infrastructure.Coordinate the technical implementation of security measures (hardening, patching, monitoring, IAM, vulnerability management, etc.).Plan and track work progress, integrating security priorities into ongoing projects and system maintenance.Identify resource or skill gaps required for implementation and propose solutions (training, reinforcements, creation of a dedicated team).Work closely with CDS and Infra teams, acting as their operational security point of contact.Produce operational deliverables: implementation schedules, progress reports, and security dashboards.Contribute to NIS2 readiness by documenting technical implementation of requirements and bridging the gap between strategy and execution.Your ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, with experience in technical project management and/or cybersecurity.Strong understanding of operational IT environments (systems, networks, identities, endpoints, cloud, monitoring).Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles (protective measures, risk management, best practices, NIS2 framework).Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate cross-functional activities in a complex environment.Analytical and structured mindset, with a strong results-oriented approach.Excellent collaborator with strong communication skills, able to engage both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.Languages: English (Passive Knowledge), French (Native)Equal Opportunity: GBT Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
