Conduct costs/benefit analysis.Conduct As-Is and To-be situation analysis and gap analysis.Prepare and moderate meetings with different level of stakeholdersProvide business architecture and systems processing guidanceConduct research to find ways to improve processes in the organizationManage the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and using the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.Give proposals for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk.Coordinate the EPMO function and provide effective leadership to analysts or architects under his/her coordination.Coordinate and contribute to briefing production in the digital transformation area.Coordinate contributions to corporate requestsContribute to the delivery of Digital Transformation strategyContribute to the DRPM (Digital-Ready Policy Making) processesContribute to the application of the principles of the new EC Digital StrategySupport the rationalization of IT systems.Support management of corporate governance processes.Estimate costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed terms of reference.Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports.LEVEL OF EDUCATION: Bachelor or Master DegreeKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Performance Tracking).Good knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum Management, Lean agile • Meeting FacilitationGood technical knowledge on the project’s aspects.Practical knowledge of reporting methods.Good knowledge of project management tools e.g., MS Project, Microsoft Excel.Negotiation capability.Ability to adapt to unplanned changes or decisions.Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:• at least 10 years of specific expertise project management of IT projects (min. competence level 5)• at least 10 years of specific expertise in Business Process Analysis. (min. competence level 5)• at least 10 years of specific expertise with project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMI, PM2…) (min. competence level 5)• at least 3 years of specific expertise in RUP or Agile. (min. competence level 3)• at least 2 years of specific expertise on project on-boarding (min. competence level 3)• at least 5 years of specific expertise with MS-Project (min. competence level 3)Following certificates & standards are an asset for the performance of tasks:Project Management Professional (PMP)PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 PractitionerCertified in PM2Level : 10Delivery mode : Near Site (Brussels)
