Data Analyst (Cruise Retail Division)

With a presence in over 25 ports of call and onboard multiple major cruise lines, our mission is to provide exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and service to our customers from around the world.Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analyst (Cruise Retail Division). This role involves compiling and analyzing information from multiple Excel sources to create calendars, schedules, and a variety of performance reports.The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel, comfortable working with large data sets, and able to transform complex information into clear, actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:Compile data from multiple Excel files to build calendars, schedules, and performance trackers.Create and maintain sales, sell-through, and on-hand inventory reports.Assist with payroll by organizing and verifying sales and commission reports.Develop and distribute easy-to-understand reports and timelines for cross-functional teams.Support ongoing monthly reporting as well as ad-hoc data projects.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation or AI tools.Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in a similar position (will consider internship experience for the right candidate).Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Finance, or similar required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data.Experience with AI tools or data automation is an asset.Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Must be within commuting distance to Miramar, Florida HQ for in-person meetings as needed.Why DI: Competitive compensation and health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and LT & ST disability).Flexible hybrid-remote working schedule.Work with an outstanding senior and executive leadership team that will coach you and grow you!Equal Opportunity EmploymentDiamonds International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
