Data AnalystLondon, HybridThis role is part of our Personalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Walmart, and more! Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding automated reports, dashboards, and queries for stakeholders to gain key insights. Help train the team on audience targeting best practices and what audience cohorts should be targeted. Acting as the key POC for all inbound GCRM data ops requests Owning all tickets, processes, and the ultimate resource responsible for any assigned CRM data ops requests Project Management to chase stakeholders to help centralize requests, provide clarity on requirements, and ensure alignment.
