Job summaryWe are Looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst (Fashion Enthusiastic) with strong expertise in inventory management, merchandise allocation, and fashion planning. This role combines advanced data analysis with strategic inventory planning to optimize stock performance, drive sales, and support operational efficiency across all store locations. You will play a key role in enabling leadership and planning teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute merchandise allocation across multiple store locations based on sales trends, inventory levels, and planning targets.Analyze sales, inventory, and sell-through data to identify opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.Monitor and adjust stock levels to balance inventory across stores, transfers, and consolidations efficiently.Partner with planning teams to set and track store-level inventory targets, ensuring timely replenishment.Prepare and maintain advanced Excel reports and dashboards to support inventory performance tracking and decision-making.Support monthly inventory reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy across systems.Collaborate with store teams, warehouse operations, and planning to improve allocation accuracy and operational workflows.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize stock levels and product performance.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandise allocation, planning, or inventory management — fashion retail experience is essential.Proven hands-on experience using data to inform and execute allocation and inventory strategies.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modelling, charts, formulas).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in sales and inventory analysis.Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar) is a plus.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, teamwork, and solutions-oriented mindset.Adaptable and flexible to shifting business priorities and ad hoc analysis requests.Available to work night shift (US time zone)
