This individual will collaborate closely with fellow analysts and contribute significantly to the enhancement of performance culture within their sector.ResponsibilitiesThe role involves a variety of essential tasks aimed at driving marketing effectiveness, including:Facilitating decision-making by analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and market trends.Identifying areas for improvement and recommending data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience, campaign conversion rates, and revenue growth.Documenting, supporting, and training users on the utilization of various tools for analyzing marketing and communications performance.Profile of the Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent collaboration skills, alongside the following qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of experience in measuring the performance of marketing and communication initiatives, with a solid understanding of key marketing performance KPIs, as well as marketing and conversion funnels.Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool, such as Tableau or Power BI.Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, SemRush, and Sprinklr.Strong command of SQL and SAS, alongside advanced Excel skills.Fluency in English and Dutch, with good knowledge of French or vice versa.Work EnvironmentThis position offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing for a mix of onsite presence and homeworking to support work-life balance.
