The candidate will ensure all data management and privacy practices align with local regulations and corporate governance policies.Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor compliance with NDMO and PDPL data governance requirementsDevelop and maintain data protection policies, frameworks, and documentationConduct data classification, privacy risk assessments, and compliance auditsWork with IT and business teams to enforce data protection measuresMonitor data access, sharing, and storage practices for complianceSupport incident management and reporting of data breachesConduct awareness sessions and provide compliance trainingQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Data Governance, or related field5+ years of experience in data compliance, privacy, or governanceIn-depth knowledge of NDMO and PDPL regulatory frameworksExperience in data protection audits, risk management, and documentationStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsCertifications like CIPP/E, CIPM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer preferredPowered by JazzHR9hBCpcHFmL
