The role involves working closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to ensure reliable and scalable data solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration and processing.Develop and manage data models, databases, and data warehouses (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across systems.Optimize data workflows for performance and cost efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions.Implement and maintain data governance and documentation standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.3+ years of experience in data engineering or related role.Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Familiarity with data pipeline tools (Airflow, Databricks, Kafka, etc.).Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
