Job DescriptionVibrant and dynamic work environmentCompetitive salaryGreat growth potential in a fast-growing AI and Cloud industryWork location: 1 Utama MallEmployment Type: Contract for 1 year with shift rotation (6 days per week) (Potential for renewal depending on project basis and performance)Project type: ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition)6 days working with 1 day off (OT will be provided)Morning shift and night shift rotationTapway is transforming brick-and-mortar business with end-to-end tracking solutions powered by AI and Big Data technologies.Thus, we are looking for an Technical Support Engineer to:Monitor and maintain the ANPR cameras, servers, and software applications.Perform routine system health checks, ensuring all components function correctly.Troubleshoot hardware failures (cameras, network switches, cabling, etc.) and software errors.Respond promptly to system alerts or reported issues from the mall’s management or users.Conduct preventive maintenance and firmware/software updates as required.Assist in vehicle entry/exit dispute resolutions by verifying ANPR records.Collaborate with the senior technical support for complex issue resolution.Maintain an on-site inventory of spare parts and tools needed for quick fixes.Job RequirementsBasic knowledge of computer networking and operating systems1-2 years experience in technical support fields or project management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Basic software or programming knowledge and basic Network configuration, such as SQL (optional), IP Networking, IP Camera Setting or Linux Operating SystemPossess good software and hardware troubleshooting skills.Must have own transport to travel to client's sitesMust be willing to work on short notice outside of work hours Team player and able to deliver solutions within a tight timeline. Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Individual who is passionate, resourceful, self-motivated, highly committed, a team player and able to motivate othersAn unending willingness to learnMust be willing to work in a highly dynamic and challenging technology company environment.
