Here is the detailed JDRole: Data Engineer &Data AnalyticsLanguages: Dutch &EnglishWork mode: HybridJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with expertise in business intelligence (BI) and data analytics to develop high-performance digital solutions for a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to design and implement data pipelines and data visualizations, and to ensure sustainability, data integrity, availability, and security of digital solutions. The position supports strategic business initiatives, improves manufacturing processes, and optimizes supply chain operations to enhance overall business performance. The successful candidate is expected to perform at the highest standards at all times, in alignment with the Johnson & Johnson Credo and Standards of Leadership.Key Responsibilities:Data Extraction, Integration, Transformation, Automation, Orchestration & Visualization:Build and maintain data pipelines using MS Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks and SQLIntegrate data from SAP ERP, MES and enterprise sources ensuring high quality and securityDevelop scripts in Python & SQL for data processing and automationSupport BI efforts with MS Power BI, Tableau and other visualization capabilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutionsEnsure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout processes, standards, methodologies,Design, Develop and implement scalable data models for analytics and reporting using real time or near to real time data streaming, E2E intelligence solutions.Stay current on emerging data technologies and recommend tools and best practices.Apply advanced data management techniques to aggregate & disaggregate insights dynamically, facilitating where possible granular levels of reporting.Clearly document & organize data flow mapping, ensuring data lineage, storage, process, dependencies, integrity & governance are maintained throughout the transformation process.Draft technical documentation, training materials, project presentations & organize COPQualifications / Requirements:Process knowledge about the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is highly desired.Proficiency in Data Modeling (Azure, Data Factory, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Databricks) is required.Experience in integrating Real time data streamingProficiency in complex data transformation (SQL, Python, R) is required.Understanding Data Models, MDM, Data Governance frameworks, integrating diverse data sources & building self-service analytics platforms is required.Experience in data flow mapping & advanced data visualization tools: MS Fabric, MS Power BI and TableauFamiliarity with SAP ERP & MES SystemAdvanced Excel, PowerPoint and strong data management skills are required.Attention to detail and with extensive experience in aggregating data and formulating insights is required.Proven leadership ability & driver of cross-functional collaboration is required.Excellent verbal & written communication skills, particularly in presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders, is required.Effective project coordination skills with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously is required.Strong intuition to proactively identify current problems & gaps to effectively minimize future maintenance is required.Results oriented, a strong demonstration of translating business strategy into business insights is highly preferred.Previous experience in Agile development and project management, with knowledge of JIRA, SDLC methodology, risk management including information security.
