Pride Health is hiring a Data Engineer to support our client’s enterprise data platform. This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!Title: Data EngineerLocation: Remote (Must reside in one of 20 Midwest states; Wood Dale, IL preferred)Travel: ~10%Duration: Temp-to-PermPay Rate: $55.00 - $62.00 per hourJob Responsibilities:Dashboard & Reporting DevelopmentDesign, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, offering customer, financial, and operational insights.Develop data transformation algorithms and ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and visualization consistency across platforms.Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and timeliness.Operational Workflow Automation & Data EngineeringIdentify automation opportunities by partnering with operational and business teams.Develop optimized digital workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx, Salesforce/CRM platforms.Manage and maintain data pipelines and integrations across multiple systems (RPA, CRM, ERP, reporting platforms).Enforce data governance, compliance, and quality across all sources.Data Analysis & AI IntegrationUse AI/ML techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns across customer and financial datasets.Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to highlight opportunities and risks.Work closely with Customer Solutions, Commercial, Billing, Finance, National teams, and cross-functional IT/RPA/AI teams to develop impactful, insight-driven solutions.Project Ownership & DeliveryLead projects end-to-end—from scoping to delivery—while managing priorities, deadlines, and shifting requirements.Take proactive initiative to identify problems and propose data-driven or automation-based solutions.Deliver quick, agile product iterations; test, learn, and refine solutions with stakeholder feedback.Operate with a high level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability.Job Requirements:Required EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.Required Work ExperienceStrong experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.3–5 years with workflow automation tools: Power Automate, UiPath, Alteryx.3–5 years of experience working with cloud data warehouses: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse, etc.Advanced skills in Tableau/Power BI for data storytelling.Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and workflow automation.Strong SQL, ETL, and data modeling experience, integrating data from multiple sources (Smartsheet, Salesforce, databases, Excel, etc.).Preferred ExperienceFamiliarity with Git/SVNComfort working in Agile environmentsPride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.Interested?
