These are just some of the areas in which we operate!Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for a Data Engineer.Model: Hybrid from Warsaw (2 days from office)Contract: B2BFTE: full-timeQualification & ExperienceProven experience in data engineering or software development roles;Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing and analytics;Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools (ex Databricks, Airflow);Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures;Understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling and analytics use cases;Ability to work effectively in a global, distributed team environment;Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Main dutiesDesign, develop and maintain data pipelines and data processing workflows supporting enterprise analytics and reporting;Build and optimize batch and orchestration-based workflows using tools such as Databricks and cloud-native scheduling services;Develop and maintain SQL and Python based data transformations across curated and analytical data layers;Work with cloud data platforms and services (ex Azure, Databricks, Snowflake or equivalent) to ensure scalability, performance and reliability;Collaborate with global data engineering teams to implement shared standards, reusable components and best practices;Support data quality, monitoring and operational stability of production data pipelines;Partner with business and analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions;Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions and continuous improvement initiatives;Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and onboarding within the global data engineering community;Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal controls and organizational procedures.ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for qualitative performance of the duties determined in the position description;Responsibility for legitimate utilization of the powers and rights of the position;Responsibility for observing the confidentiality of the obtained information;Responsibility for performance of all tasks in accordance to laws and regulations, Employment Contract and the Company’s organizational documentation;Discover the Power of IT Excellence.
