Job DescriptionThe Data Governance & Enablement Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that customer and campaign data is clean, reliable, accessible, and consistent across all platforms including CRM, CDP, Loyalty, and digital touchpoints. This person will lead the data governance strategy, manage data quality at scale, support cross-functional enablement, and act as a central enabler for Loyalty & Digital analytics teams to operate at full velocity.Key Responsibilities:Data Governance & StandardizationDefine and implement data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across platforms.Maintain and enforce data cataloging and metadata management processes.Data EnablementPartner with business and tech teams to streamline and standardize data pipelines.Ensure data consumers have access to the right datasets with minimal friction.Work closely with the analytics and engineering teams to map, tag, and prioritize data assets that drive business outcomes.Support advanced data extractions to enable faster insight generation by the analytics teamStakeholder CollaborationAct as the key point of contact between business teams, product owners, and data engineering.Drive awareness and adoption of governed data practices across departments.Organize enablement sessions, workshops, and documentation for stakeholders. Quality Control & Process ManagementEstablish controls and checks to proactively catch data issues before they impact decision-making.Enable repeatable processes for onboarding new data sources and use cases.Monitor and report on data quality KPIs and resolution timelines.Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceJob Experience6–10 years of experience in data governance, data enablement, or analytics operations.Strong understanding of data architecture, lineage, and metadata tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Atlan).Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing data assets across departments.Familiarity with SQL, data lakes, data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).Experience with CDPs (especially Bloomreach or similar tools like Segment, Tealium, Salesforce CDP) is highly preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate complex technical needs into clear business processes.Familiarity with campaign logic and tagging frameworks is a strong plusRequired Leadership SkillsExperience in retail, e-commerce, or a fast-paced consumer business.Exposure to analytics tooling (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).Background in data product ownership or analytics program managementProficient in SQL, data modeling, data lineage, and metadata frameworksFamiliarity with enterprise data architecture and data lakes/warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake)
