The role works closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to troubleshoot problems, surface insights, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.They help manage data-related costs, support scalability initiatives, coordinate with vendors, and maintain clear documentation. The analyst ensures customers receive accurate, reliable data and that internal teams have the information and processes needed to operate efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesData Quality and Platform Performance. Monitor data, validate accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and report bugs to keep the platform stable.Customer Support for Data Issues. Work with Operations and Customer Success to investigate customer data issues, provide guidance, and escalate when needed.Reporting and Insights. Track data quality trends, recurring issues, and operational risks. Share clear insights with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.Monitor Data Related Cost. Flag anomalies, recommend optimisations, and support regular reviews to keep costs efficient.Operational Scalability. Improve processes, data handling, and tools to support scale. Identify bottlenecks and suggest automation or workflow changes.Requirements Gathering. Work with Operations and Product to refine requirements for new channels, features, and data sources. Vendor Management. Coordinate with vendors. Track KPIs and contractual terms. Escalate to leadership when needed.Process Documentation. Maintain clear, up to date documentation that supports team wide understanding.QualificationsUniversity degree or relevant industry experience.2+ years in Data Analytics, System Analytics, QA, or a similar data focused role.Strong aptitude for working with data and the ability to understand technical concepts.Clear communication skills and experience building productive cross functional relationships.High level of organisation, collaboration, and attention to detail.A positive, empathetic attitude and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.Interest in technology and motivation to contribute to a growing SaaS company.Comfortable working in a fast moving, evolving startup environment.Ability to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
