This position collaborates with the team and internal client communication, including local country staff and cross-functional production departments, and the Operations Manager to ensure accurate classification of digital data.Job ResponsibilitiesDay to day management of reports and QA checksAnalyze data and communicate findings to local Operations teams to ensure established deliverables are metDeliver data to clients regularlyEscalation to the Engineering team any problems that arise as part of productionImplement specific client requests related to data quality and deliveryUpdate information in files and tools to track data quality and delivery incidentsBe knowledgeable on defined procedures, delivery schedules and SLAs to ensure compliance and in order to support the local OPS TeamPerform quality checksWeekend work will be involved based on business needsQualificationsRequired SkillsMinimum 1- 2 years of experience as an Fuctional analyst.Graduation is MustProficiency in PC and MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Google standard toolsUnderstanding of web domains, mobile apps, and streaming data would be an advantagePossess strong analytical skills, be responsible for data analysis, QC and interpreting the sameEnglish at Intermediate level is a mustRequired to be a team player but can also work independentlyShould be productive, self-driven, able to take ownership, prioritize and manage expectationsDetail and process orientedWould be required to work on the weekends/holidays based on business needAdditional InformationPlease be aware that job-seekers may be at risk of targeting by scammers seeking personal data or money.
