Long period sif sittng/standing, repetive motionShiftMonday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.Job SummaryThis position within the Department of Surgery, Division of Research, will be responsible for supporting academic research through data collection, management, and analysis, and creating visualizations and reports for decision-making. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in clinical research activities across a broad spectrum, including data warehouse requests, data processing and analysis, and abstract manuscript writing.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesStrong interest in pursuing a career in surgical research. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g. R, SAS, SPSS) and statistical methods. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
