We are a patient-focused fertility practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Management / Front Desk Specialist to join our Cedar Park team. This onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in both administrative and billing environments and enjoys working directly with patients.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Duties:Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathySchedule appointments and manage provider calendarsAnswer phone calls and respond to patient inquiriesCollect co-pays and verify insurance informationMaintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA complianceRevenue Cycle Management DutiesVerify insurance benefits and obtain authorizationsSubmit claims and follow up on denials or outstanding balancesAssist patients with billing questions and payment plansCollaborate with billing and clinical teams to resolve issuesMonitor and report on billing trends and reimbursementQualifications2+ years of experience in medical front office and billing (fertility or OB/GYN preferred)Strong understanding of insurance processes and revenue cycle workflowsProficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required; billing certification a plusBenefitsCompetitive compensationHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysSupportive team environment with growth opportunitiesHow To ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter to [insert application email or link].
