Responsibilities:Work with stakeholders/clients to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutionsMine and analyse data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategiesAssess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniquesDevelop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data setsDevelop custom AI agent workflows based on market LLM capabilitiesUse predictive modellings and/or AI agent workflows to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomesCoordinate with different functional teams to implement models and/or AI agent workflows and monitor outcomesDevelop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model and/or AI agent workflows performance and data accuracyQualificationsAt least 5 years of work experience as a Data ScientistGraduate or Post Graduate degree in computer science, data science, operations research, statistics, applied mathematics, or related quantitative fieldsKnowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, constrained optimization, sentiment analysis, graph community detection, etc.) and experience with applicationsKnowledge of advance time-series forecasting and experience with applicationsExperience with applications of training and deploying deep-learning modelsExperience using statistical computer languages (Scipy and/or Scikit-learn, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data setsKnowledge of advanced techniques for building AI agents workflows (e.g., LangGraph, Pydantic AI, or equivalent)Strong experience with Python programming languageStrong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product developmentExperience with distributed data / computing tools: Hadoop, Kafka, Attunity, Dask, Spark, etc. is a plusExperience developing and/or deploying in environments (AWS, GCP) and containerization techniques (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Elastic) is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniquesFor Senior-level ApplicationsExperience in the design, planning, and implementation of data science projectsExperience in knowledge transfer and coaching of team members
