In this role, you’ll be responsible for building AI/ML systems and models and helping advance our data and analytics program at large. You will work closely with our Product and Revenue teams to supercharge our main line of business, create insights, and empower stakeholders with actionable data.How You’ll Make An ImpactPerform exploratory data analysis and advanced analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and improvements within our underwriting and customer operations. Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning models to automate and optimize the underwriting process. Analyze large financial and business datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve model performance. Assist our Data Engineering team with designing, building, and maintaining ELT/ETL pipelines with open source and managed frameworks and enforcing data quality, lineage, and documentation best practices. Collaborate with our Engineering team to integrate models into production systems to enable autonomous, real-time decision makingContinuously monitor, maintain, and refine models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and compliance. Research and apply advanced techniques in natural language processing, computer vision, or other relevant areas to enhance our underwriting capabilities. Communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.
