The opportunity We’re looking for a Data Scientist who can turn models into real-world impact. This role blends data science expertise with application development to operationalize machine learning and analytics through scalable, user-facing tools.Key Areas of ResponsibilityData Analysis & ApplicationAnalyze and interpret complex datasets to uncover actionable insightsCollect data from various sources and prepare it for analysisDevelop interactive data applications using tools like Streamlit to make insights accessible and actionable for business usersData Science ModellingBuild, train and validate machine learning modelsUtilize data science techniques to produce Machine learning models to solve real business problemsDeploymentDeploy code into production environments following development lifecycle best practicesMaintain version control and CI/CD pipelines for scalable and reliable deploymentWhen necessary, develop APIs and backend services (e.g., Flask, FastAPI) to support model integration into production systemsDocumentation and ProcessContribute to architecture and standards for data mining, modeling, and analysisImprove and evolve Agile frameworks to enhance team collaboration and project deliveryDocument methodologies and workflows to ensure clarity and reproducibilityCommunicationEnsure effective communication with all stakeholders on the projects that your team works onWork closely with stakeholders to define key metrics and promote innovative technologiesProfile & Core CompetenciesAt least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering or relevent Engineering background from a reputed public or private universityMinumum 3 years experience in relevent filed.Analyze and interpret complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.Excellent Python programming skills, with a strong focus on data-centric development.Choosing the data science technique best suited for each taskStrong proficiency in pandas for data wrangling, feature engineering and handling large datasets.Excellent written and oral skills in EnglishWhat's In It For YouJoin a publicly traded company dual-listed on NYSE and TSX with great potentialBe part of a workplace where meaningful connections and teamwork are celebratedFrom local to international, be ready to work alongside a diverse group of colleaguesBenefit from mentorship and continuous development opportunitiesTake advantage of our attractive benefits packagesWe want to get to know you better!
